Balance Exercise Video
Unfortunately, as we age our sense of balance decreases and our risk of falling increase. But, by activating under active muscles, you will improve your balance, flexibility and strength. As you improve your posture and balance, you may find other nagging aches and pains disappear. By, incorporating small changes in your daily routine, you will improve your posture and balance and significantly reduce the risk of injury due to falls.
Here is my first attempt at creating an exercise video. As you will see , I am not a videographer . However, I do enjoy helping people become more fit.
